Perception of time in young children

Young children do not have the notion of time.
For example, when a family member of a child of 2 and a half years old, goes to work, shopping, etc., this child can tell the respective person: "come home tomorrow night," instead of tonight.
Also, at the beginning of kindergarten, a child may be scared, because he believes that his parent does not return after him, to take him home, because although he does not yet have the notion of time, for him, the hours will run out very hard.
When a child comes to visit someone, after a certain period, he becomes agitated and nervous, because for him, an hour, a day, means much more than in reality.
A 3-year-old child will use the wrong terms like yesterday, today, tomorrow.
Similarly, the child may be confused for days. For example, if he sleeps in the afternoon after he wakes up, the child thinks he has already started a new day.
Children from kindergarten who belong to the small group, are learning the autumn months, etc., the days of the week. Leisurely, he begins to acquire certain notions of time.
The children to the large group from kindergarten, start to learn about reading the numbers and about the clock.
Children over three and a half years old begin to draw the difference between day sleep and night sleep.
They sometimes start to use wised terms like today, yesterday, tomorrow.
Time is learning.
Every child has a natural rhythm.
Parents should not be impatient, because when the child is ready, he will play back everything he has learned.
Everything happens in stages.
