2. Tricks to stop the feeling excessive and unbearable pain from the last trimester of pregnancy
Generally, the fetus will sit in the cranial presentation as a sign of birth preparation.
The fetus will increase in size in the last quarter, for example, in 3 weeks it will gain weight as it did before in 6 and a half weeks.
In the last trimester of pregnancy, you will feel the blows around the belly and feel pain.
Even if you try to calm down the baby and put your hands on your stomach, the fetus will hit you harder. Unbelievable, but the fetus will recognize your hands when you reach out to your belly. In order not to strike you, tell your partner to calm your fetus by his hands.
If you have severe pain, because you have an umbilical hernia untreated and that have been aggravated in pregnancy, you can put a smaller or larger patch on your stomach. So, your fetus can feel a foreign and strange object on your abdomen. In this manner, he will not hit so much hard on the navel area. It's just a foreign and easy object, that will not affect the fetus, but it will only make the baby hit in other directions and avoid the part with problems. The patch - for athletes - from the pharmacy is an object just put only by the shape!
You can also use olive oil on your belly, and the pain will be a little more bearable. Do not bind your belly with various objects, because only the doctor can recommend you to wear a medical belt or something else!
Starting with the 35th week of pregnancy, you will begin to calculate the fetal movements and their rhythm. You will do that at the same hour set every day, to see:
- if the fetus is OK,
- if it has oxygen,
- if the average of the beats is about the same every day,
- if it is something wrong (the doctor should be notified).
It will take into account only the fetal movements.
3. Relative side
In this phase of pregnancy, you will feel the need to talk, to get in touch with people you have not spoken with for a long time, and that matter to you.
4. The analyzes you will be subjected to are generally the following:
- the ultrasound for the third trimester of pregnancy (no morphology at 32-40 weeks or with morphology),
- analysis of the urine summary,
- urine culture.
5. In the third trimester of pregnancy, pre-anesthesia and neonatal consultation will take place (in the 35th week of pregnancy).
The anesthesiologist will tell you that epidural anesthesia is usually the most appropriate for both the child and the mother because this method is the closest to natural birth.
Even if you have moderate scoliosis, only the doctor can confirm the type of anesthesia that suits you best. If he thinks an epidural may be achieved (harder to do, but still it can be done), then he will be able to recommend it.
Also, in the 35th week of pregnancy, treatment with anticoagulation pills is discontinued (ask your doctor, he has this decision!).
You'll go once a week in the morning or evening (depending on your schedule) to the guard room for non-stress fetal tests.
6. Notifications:
If you shake, you will notice that your fetus will also move very strongly.
Now, the time will pass very slow, you will have the impression that the moment of birth is not closer to you.
You will feel bad every night.
If you are already a mother, avoid as much as possible to carry your baby anymore in your arms. Also, train him in such creative activities in a manner that he does not feel rejected or neglected.
You will notice that your fetus can detect the light.
7. To know!
If you have negative RH and if you haven't formed the RH antibodies yet, your doctor will generally recommend an injectable treatment (with anti-RH immunoglobins).
That will prevent the formation of antibodies in pregnancy.
